Back at the Track

Got back on the track this week for the first time since FEBRUARY. As I was huffing through my efforts, I realized something that made me very happy. The efforts were HARD, but they were hard because of my fitness level and NOT because my ankle couldn’t handle it. I have a long way to go, but I know that fitness can (and will) be regained with a little work.
