Confession: No More Biking

CONFESSION: I have stopped riding my bike. I will hop on for 5-10 minutes here or there as a warmup, but that’s it.

Running is my first love and now that I’m getting out there 5-6 times a week, the bike has taken a backseat in my routine. My plan is to start to incorporate it back in (maybe once a week) as cross-training, but at the moment I’m still trying to balance my increased mileage and strength training into my weekly routine.

At first I felt guilty to not have maintained doing ALL THE THINGS. But I’m squashing that feeling right now because, y’all, you can’t do everything. And that’s okay.
