Epic Blizzard Run

Sunday Runday, winter storm edition!

Some people call me crazy when they hear that I run through the winter. This morning’s conditions were -17C (feels like -30, which means it’s WINDY) and lots of snow. I peaked outside and said to my husband “today’s run is going to be EPIC”, then I laced up and headed out.

The thing about running is that the weather conditions don’t really matter. This sport is rooted in feeling uncomfortable as you push your body to the limits. Sometimes it means going a certain pace or distance, and sometimes it means running in a snow storm.

Did you run today?
