Do you believe you can manifest your own happiness?

I was listening to Hurdle podcast (10/10 recommend!) yesterday, and the episode’s guest Bec Donlan (of Sweat with Bec) said that she tells herself everyday “Today is going to be amazing.” Whether it’s accurate or not is irrelevant, but the act of saying this out loud has a positive impact on her day.

Positive affirmations are so simple, yet have such an impact on mindset. I woke up this morning feeling very blah about the day ahead of me, when I decided to just say it: Today is going to be amazing. And I felt better.
